Immunocytochemsitry/Immunofluorescence analysis of HEK293 cells using Goat Anti-Rat IgG Fc (DyLight® 550) preabsorbed (ab96972) in yellow labelling a cell surface protein. Cells were incubated with the secondary antibody (1/500 in PBS + 2% BSA) for 1 hour at room temperature.

Goat polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Rat IgG - Fc (DyLight® 550), pre-adsorbed (ab96972) was used as a secondary antibody at a concentration of 1/500.
