Cell line: HepG2 (Human hepatocellular carcinoma).
Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 200 µM Acetaldehyde for 4hours at 37°C immediately prior to harvesting.
We recommend aliquoting the extracts into single-use fractions and thenstoring them.
