Function
Negatively regulates the androgen receptor by recruiting histone deacetylase complex, and protein DJ-1 antagonizes this inhibition by abrogation of this complex (PubMed:12612053). Microtubule inner protein (MIP) part of the dynein-decorated doublet microtubules (DMTs) in cilia axoneme, which is required for motile cilia beating (By similarity).
