The plot ~5,000 shows peripheral blood mononuclear cells clustered by cell surface protein expression and visualized in Loupe Browser. ​

The additional information from antibody UMI (unique molecular identifier) counts enrich phenotype information of many canonical immune cell types compared to gene expression data alone, for example, naive and memory T cells, CD4+, and CD8+ T cells.
