I'm interested in obtaining some of the immunizing peptide corresponding to the ab76259 antibody (shown in Western Blot and IF examples: https://www.abcam.com/Endothelin-A-Receptor-antibody-ab76259.html ) but I was unable to find a catalogue number on the website. Do you sell this blocking peptide?
We are seeing many bands rather than the single band shown on the antibody datasheet, and would like to verify whether any of them are specific (our samples are mouse tissues, so the antibody may not work).

The immunizing peptide of ab76259 is now available as Endothelin A Receptor peptide (ab154991)-
Although we have not yet tested ab76259 with mouse tissues and as you mention it may not work , we are available to help with troubleshooting if you'd like to send some details of your protocol. I would also suggest using a positive control such as LOVO, COS7, or human cerebellum lysate (ab30069) to make sure the antibody is working as it should be-
