    Question

Unfortunately, we are a little confused about the pack size of cat.# AB126261.
When we ordered cat.# AB126261 the order confirmation showed a pack size of 50ug for EUR 370.00.

When we received the product, we received 2 vials of 50ul each for totally EUR 370.00.

Of course, we appreciate the extra vial. However, does the above imply that the price for this antibody has doubled?

Please check and advise, so that we can inform our customer accordingly.

    Thanks and best regards,
