    Since ab133742 was generated from a tissue culture supernatant, the concentration of the antibody is unknown as there are other proteins present along with the antibody. We do have a general guideline for the concentration of antibodies that are from whole antiserum, culture supernatants, or ascites fluid:
    Tissue culture supernatant: 1-3 mg/ml
    Ascites: 5-10 mg/ml
    Whole antiserum: 1-10 mg/ml
