Epsin 2 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) using ab242044 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab242044 at 0.4 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab242044 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
lane 2: Control IgG in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Prepared using NETN lysis buffer.
