Answer

ab120390 is a racemic compound and therefore contains both enantiomers (S)-Equol and (R)-Equol. As for the applications it should be used in, I would suggest searching the literature for how other researchers have used this product.

Answer

Thank you for contacting Abcam.

We have been supplying Equol since August 2010. It is the racemic compound and therefore not exactly the same as (S)-Equol which is a single enantiomer. Our material contains an equal amount of (R)-Equol.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
