Diverse chemical modifications have been identified in the transcriptome, leading to the field of epitranscriptomics. RNA modifications have been shown to be critical to every step of RNA metabolism, representing a new mode of post-transcriptional gene expression regulation. This conference brings together world experts on RNA modifications and epitranscirptomics. Speakers will showcase technologies to map different types of RNA modifications, share latest discoveries on functional significances of RNA modifications and demonstrate the importance of epitranscriptome in human diseases.
