  • Flow cytometric analysis of U2OS cells labelling FAF1 with ab202298 at 1/200 dilution. Labeling with IgG control (upper panel), ab202298 in Control siRNA-­treated cells (middle panel) or ab202298 in FAF1 siRNA treated cells (lower panel) is shown. Cells were fixed with 1% PFA. Cells were incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C.
