A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) cells stained for FAM120A/OSSA (green) using ab229254 (1/500 dilution) in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes.
Nuclear counterstain: Hoechst 33342 (blue).
Paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue stained for FAM120A/OSSA with ab229254 at 1/250 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
