ab95014 staining FANCM in HeLa cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were PFA-fixed and permeabilized in 2% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 7% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 in 0.1% Tween 20 in PBS and incubated with the sample for 17 hours at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugated Donkey anti-Rabbit polyclonal, diluted 1/1000.
All lanes : Anti-FANCM antibody (ab95014) at 0.04 µg/ml
Lane 1 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 50 µg
Lane 2 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 15 µg
Lane 3 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 5 µg
Developed using the ECL technique.
Predicted band size: 227 kDa
Exposure time: 10 seconds
ab95014, at 0.4 µg/ml, detecting FANCM in HeLa whole cell lysate by WB following IP.
Lane 1: ab95014 at 10 µg/mg of lysate
Lane 2: IP with an antibody which recognizes a downstream epitope of FANCM
Lane 3: control IgG.
In each case, 1 mg of lysate was used for IP and 20% of the IP was loaded.
