We are interested in quantifying FGF10 concentration using ELISA. We saw the result of ELISA on your home page (https://www.abcam.co.jp/FGF10-antibody-ab90207.html#FGF10-Primary-antibodies-ab90207-3.jpg). Will you please provide us the detailed protocol of this procedure?

Thank you for your enquiry.
The data on the datasheet is a sandwich ELISA result. This ab90207 FGF10 antibody can be paired with ab83439 FGF10 antibody (Biotin), where ab90207 is the capture antibody and ab83439 is the detection antibody.
Recommended dilutions:
1) ab90207 use at 5ug/ml
2) ab83439 use at 0.25 - 1 µg/ml
