    Thank yoiu for your enquiry. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hFGF-17 using ab9990 FGF17 antibody is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. As far as we are aware, cross reactivity with chicken and mouse have not yet been tested for use with ab9990.
