    Receptor for acidic fibroblast growth factor. Does not bind to basic fibroblast growth factor. Binds FGF19.

Tissue underwent fixation in paraformaldehyde and blocked in 10% BSA for 30 minutes at 21°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/50 in PBT (PBS + 0.5% Tween 20 + 0.5% BSA) and incubated with sample for 30 minutes at 21°C. A HRP conjugated goat polyclonal to mouse IgG was used undiluted as secondary.

  • ab44971 staining Human primary adult fibroblasts by Flow Cytometry. Cells were harvested with 1 min 0.05% trypsin treatment at 37°C in 5% FBS. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with Triton X-100. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody, (1/50 in 5% FBS), for 20 minutes at 21°C. An Alexa Fluor®647-conjugated Goat polyclonal to mouse IgG (1/400) was used as secondary antibody.

  • Formaldehyde-fixed, 5% Triton 100X permeabilized mouse primary airway cells labeling FGFR4 with ab44971 at 1/300 dilution in ICC/IF. 4% M.O.M Ig Blocking was used as a blocking agent for 1 hour at 20°C. Primary antibody was incubated at 4°C for 16 hours. Secondary antibody used was a biotin-conjugated rabbit polyclonal anti-mouse Ig at 1/100 dilution.
