Dear Sir/Madam, We ordered the antibody below for immunostaining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded prostate samples from transgenic mice. Luciferase activity assay showed the prostate samples from transgenic mice express luciferase. However, according to the protocol listed in Abcam, the prostate samples from both wild type (negative control) and transgenic mice have strong staining with no difference even at 1:1000 dilution of the antibody. Can we replace another luciferase antibody from Abcam?
