Does this antibody react with monocytes; it has reactivity with granulocytes.

Thank you for your enquiry. Further to correspondence with the source of this enquiry I can tell you that whilst the immunogen of ab26013 was isolated human granulocytes the expression of CD177 has been described in monocytes. I would therefore predict that this antibody would recognise these cells.
