The Abpromise guarantee
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab1264 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Flow Cyt |
Use at an assay dependent concentration. This antibody is used to determine the unstained lymphocyte population and to determine any non-antigen-specific antibody binding on mononuclear cells separated by density gradient or on lysed whole blood. IgG1 (FITC) immunofluorescence analysis can be performed on a flow cytometer equipped with an excitation source of 488nm and fitted with logarithmic amplifiers. 10µl ofIgG1 (FITC) is sufficient for labelling of 1x106 cells. Molecular F/P ratio: 3.0-6.0
