ab14432 staining FKBP135 in HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% BSA for 15 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS) for 1 hour at 20°C. An Alexa Fluor®597-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells labelled for FKBP15 displayed punctate staining, which was absent in cells treated with siRNA against FKBP15.

Antibodies: ab14432 used at 0.2 mcg/ml for WB in A and B and 2 mcg/mg extract for IP (B), ab14433 and ab14434 used at 2 mcg/mg extract for IP. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 25 minutes (A) and 10 minutes (B).
ab14432 at 1/1000 staining mouse liver tissue sections by IHC-P. The tissue sections were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked prior to incubation with the ab14432 for 24 hours. An HRP conjugated secondary antibody was used. The image shows staining in liver cells of a female mouse at 20X magnification.
