Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab52648 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ICC/IF||1/100 - 1/250.|
|WB||1/100000. Detects a band of approximately 22 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 26 kDa).|
ab172730 - Rabbit monoclonal IgG, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.
For unpurified use at 1/10.
|IHC-P||1/180. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
For unpurified use at 1/50 - 1/100.
Blocking and diluting buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Unpurified ab52648 staining Flt3 ligand in Rhesus monkey brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 20% serum for 60 minutes at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer pH6.0. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 20% Normanl Goat serum in 1x TTBS) for 12 hours at 20°C. A Biotin-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded human tonsils using unpurified ab52648 at a 1/50 dilution.
