Essentially no positive immunoreactivity above background was observed. Some autofluorescence in the green channel is evident in the interstitium and in Sertoli cells, but was equivalent in negative control sections (incubated without primary antibody).

Thank you for submitting your feedback on use in baboon samples. We have not yet validated in this species and will continue to gather data on this use. To improve the signal, you may wish to use a 1/50 dilution, since you are using a fluorescent secondary, and also increase the incubation of the primary antibody to overnight at 4C.
