    Paraffin-embedded mouse backskin tissue fixed with Bouin's fixative, stained for GABRB1 using ab93612 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis. Primary antibody was incubated for 1 hour at room temperature. FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse (green) at 1/50 was used as the secondary antibody. Secondary was incubated at 1 hour at room temperature.

    HaCaT (Human keratinocyte cell line) cells stained gor GABRB1 using ab93612 at 1/100 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed using 100% methanol for 10 minutes at -20°C and incubated with primary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature. Secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse (green) at 1/50 incubated for 1 hour at room temperature.

    Upon checking with the lab, they confirmed that any type of IHC has not yet been tested with this antibody so far. I apologize for any inconveniences caused.

    Thus, if your colleagues had problems with this antibody in the past in IHC-P or IHC-Fr, I'd be happy to replace, credit or refund the antibody. Alternatively, I can give you a testing discount code for trying the antibody in IHC-P and IHC-Fr.

    In case you would liketo proceed with the IHC experiments, I am sending you the general IHC protocol that has been used successfully with many antibodies. Please see the attached protocol.
