  • ab85866 staining GAD65 in murine brain synaptosomes by Flow cytometry.
    Cells were homogenized and centrifuged then fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS Tween. Size gating was used. Primary antibody used at 0.5µg/ml and incubated for 30 minutes at 24°C. The secondary antibody used was an undiluted, Alexa Fluor®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG.
