Application Abreviews Notes
Flow Cyt Use at an assay dependent concentration.
WB Use at an assay dependent concentration. Detects a band of approximately 48 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 51 kDa).
IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration.

For antigen retrieval, heat up to 98 degree C, below boiling, and then let cool for 10-20 minutes.
