Target

  • Relevance

    GTPase activating Rap/RanGAP domain-like 1 (GARNL1) is an interacting partner of the transcription factor TCF3/isoform E12, mainly in the developing embryonic forebrain. It may be an important transcriptional regulator of downstream target genes under the control of TCF3/E12, by disrupting HLH dimer formation of TCF3/E12 with other proteins and may be involved in neuronal differentiation.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells labeling GARNL1 using ab182570 at 1/100 dilution. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor555) at 1/200 dilution was used as secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with -20℃ Acetone. Counterstain: DAPI.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human kidney tissue labeling GARNL1 using ab182570 at 1/100 dilution. A Ready to use HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin.
