  • ab187716 staining GART in HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS) for 1 hour at 22°C. ab150081, an Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with DAPI.

  • Immunoprecipitation analysis of 293T whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) immunoprecipitating GART using ab187716 at 6 μg per reaction. (Lane 1).
