The observed MW is lower than the predicted 20kDa, which may be due to the removing of a 20 amino acid signal peptide.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human stomach tissue labeling Gastrokine 2 with ab184163 at 1/500 dilution. The slide is counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Immunoprecipitation of Human stomach lysates (lane 1) or PBS (lane 2) using ab184163. Detection of Gastrokine 2 utilised ab184163 at 1/50 dilution and Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, at 1/1500 dilution.
