Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab22849 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|EMSA||Use at an assay dependent concentration. PubMed: 20599521|
|ChIP||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
|IHC-P||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
|WB||Use a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 50 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 50 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.|
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin embedded sections) analysis of human liver tissue labelling GATA2 with ab22849 at a concentration of 4-8µg/ml. Arrows indicate positive labelled hepatocytes.
ab22849 staining GATA2 in zebrafish nervous system by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).
Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in PBS + 0.3% Triton X-100) for 16 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®555-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
