    A fusion protien has been used in this western blot, which accounts for the differences in molecular weight, compared to the native protien.

Thank you for your inquiry; the source of this antibody traditionally uses the fusion proteins as testing positive controls, therefore we do not know how the antibody performs on endogenous protein I'm afraid.I can confirm that they have loaded between 3-4 ug fusion protein on the gel.
