Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 118 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 118 kDa).

The detection limit for GLi1 is approximately 0.25 ng/lane under reducing conditions.

IHC-P Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

    Acts as a transcriptional activator. May regulate the transcription of specific genes during normal development. May play a role in craniofacial development and digital development, as well as development of the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract. Mediates SHH signaling and thus cell proliferation and differentiation.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded mouse testis tissue staining Gli1 with ab217326 at 1µg/ml. DyLight®488 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1/100 dilution. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution ) for 20 mins. DAPI was used as a nucelar counterstain (blue).
