  • Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed K562 (Human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line from bone marrow) cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1 hour (10 µg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/ml).

    IgG control: Non-immunized goat IgG (black line) followed by an Alexa-Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U-2 OS (Human bone osteosarcoma epithelial cell line) cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, labeling GLP-1 using ab240494 (green). Primary incubation 1 hour (10 µg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml), showing nuclear staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Non-immunized goat IgG (10 µg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml).
