Additional Notes
Primary antibody (ab92517) dilution between 1:500 and 1:1000 resulted in similar signal intensities and signal-to-noise ratio with 500-1000 ng/mL glucagon coated per well (high-bind plate). Secondary antibody was diluted 1:5000 (less dilution resulted in precipitation with acid stop). Overall, this antibody worked really well to bind synthetic human glucagon full-length peptide in an indirect ELISA format. An image of this plate was not captured at the time of analysis.
