Anti-Glucagon antibody [K79bB10] (ab10988) Dose this antibody have an immunoreactivity with GLP-1 protein?

Thank you for contacting us and your interest in our products. I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you in regards to the Anti-Glucagon antibody [K79bB10] (ab10988).
Glucagon is cleaved into 8 peptide chains one of them is GLP1. As this anhtibody was raised against the polymerised porcine glucagon I cannot say wether the anitbody will detect the GLP1 portion of the protein in particular. I would suggest if you are interested in detecting the GLP1 protein, you may want to consider the following antibodies directed against GLP1:
