I ordered the Glucocorticoid receptor antibody(ab3579) and found the form of this antibody was solid, not liquid, which was different from your database about it. Is it wrong? Please tell me how to resolve this problem? Looking forward to your response!

Thank you for your enquiry. This is not wrong. In the past we would sell the antibody in a lyophilized form. The vial you received is one of these vials. We very recently decided to sell it as a liquid and this is what is stated on our datasheet. There is nothing wrong with the antibody and it will work as described on the datasheet. Please add PBS to reconstitute the lyophilized antibody. You can add 50 uL of PBS to make a final concentration of 1 mg/mL. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
