I used this antibody on sections of rat brain (30 um) in free floating. The antibody produced some staining in cytoplasmic neuronal inclusions. The picture shows the staining obtained using the objective X40 at the level of the cerebral cortex. The tissues were perfusion fixed with 4% PFA and later postfixed overnight in the same fixative. They were cryoprotected in 30% sucrose and cut using a cryostat.
Many thanks for your feedback on ab12108 (Glutamate Receptor 1 (AMPA subtype) (phospho T840) antibody) on rat brain sections on free floating sections using direct immunofluorescence.
