Upper image shows positivity in brain cortex: black arrowheads indicates striking positivity in two Astrocytes...or are they Microglia? It is difficult for me to confirm in tissues sampled Post-mortem due to autolytic changes but, they appear to be Astrocytes. Lower image of colon shows a striking positivity in cells within the Lamina propria of the mucosa.....Macrophages? I do not know if this enzyme is in macrophages but, from a brief literature search, it is reported to be present in liver Kuppfer cells ( specialised macrophages). Dilution factors will vary: each Lab must titrate the Ab to find the optimal factor most suitable to their application.
NB: there is a small but obvious granular positivity in the apical cytoplasm of the mucosal cells.
