Submitted image shows clear positivity of Bergmann glia cell bodies (indicated by green arrowheads) and their processes, the major process extending from the cell body in/about the Purkinje cell layer (red arrowhead) through the developing Molecular layer (ML - indicated by a blue double-headed arrow) to the surface of the folium, where the endfeet will terminate on the inner meningial layer (pia mater).
One can easily see many nuclei (blue dots) in the outer Molecular layer: these young neurones will migrate to the Granule Cell layer (red:GC), apparently using the Bergmann glia processes for guidance.
In the white matter (WM: red) and the developing Granule cell layer many positive cells are also seen (black arrowheads) presumably they are Type 1 Astrocytes.
