    Customer reviews and Q&As

    Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. Anti-Glycerol 3 Phosphate Dehydrogenase ab34492 has not been tested on human tissue samples. A comparison of the sequences of rabbit and human GPD shows they have 92% identity. A file of this comparison can be found at the following link for the next 24 hours: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/cgi-bin/clustalw/result?tool=clustalw&jobid=clustalw-20060929-17234843&poll=yes Since this is a polyclonal antibody that will potentially recognize multiple epitopes, there is a high likelihood it will recognize human GPD. We have not tested this species though, so our Abpromise guarantee does not apply. We do offer our customers the opportunity to earn credit towards future purchases or various rewards by sharing their results, positive or negative, with other researchers via our Abreview program. Details of the submission process can be found on the Abreview link on our home page. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
