Target

  • Relevance

    TRIP230 was identified through its ability to interact functionally with thyroid hormone receptor-beta. It has also been found in association with the Golgi apparatus and microtubules. TRIP230 binds the ligand binding domain of the thyroid receptor (THRB) in the presence of triiodothyronine and enhances THRB-modulated transcription. This protein is probably involved in maintaining cis-Golgi structure.

  • Detection of Human GMAP-210 by Immunoprecipitation. 1mg HeLa whole cell lysate loaded in lanes 1-3 with ab72223 at 3µg in lane 1, an antibody recognising a downstream epitope in lane 2 and control IgG in lane 3. Image shows immunoprecipitated GMAP-210 detected with post IP WB, loading 20% of IP and using ab72223 at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
