We do not have data for reactivity with purified protein but I was able to align the immunogen amino acid sequence for this antibody, QKWTQKKEKGK, with the sequences you are interested in, to get a prediction of reactivity. In brief, the immunogen shares 91% identity with NP_999438.1, and none with AAS68622 or AAS68623. Reactivity with NP_999438.1 is predicted, though not covered by our guarantee. Reactivity with the other two is very unlikely. Here are the sequences I used for the alignments.

I did a blast search and found that the immunogen sequence for ab58561 has only 82% homology with the mouse sequence. Base on sequence homology, the chance of cross reacting with mouse is not high. At the moment we do not have any empirical data to support its use in mouse and do not have other GnRHR antibody that has been tested in mouse.
