    Thank you for contacting us.
    This secondary antibody can be used for IHC, and the staining detected using the NBT/BCIP substrate ab7468. Although we do not have an image using this specific secondary on file, I have attached an image of AP conjugated secondary with NBT/BCIP (left image, negative control, right stained V. harveyi 639 cells).
