By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA ab112771 reacts specifically with Duck, Sparrow, Dove and Chicken IgG. Ostrich, Emu, Goose and Macaw IgG are also detected. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. ab112771 may cross react with IgG from other species.
