Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Human Serum Proteins. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations. -
