I would like to consider your anti-human IgA and IgM but I like to know how do you determine the specificity of those antibodies. If you do, what is your testing results against other antibody class? Let's talk if you still have requisitions.

Regarding ab9157, the affinity purified antibodies are specific for serum and secretory IgA when analyzed by gel diffusion and immunoelectrophoresis. The antiserum was solid phase absorbed to ensure alpha chain specificity. The anti alpha antibodies were immunoaffinity purified. If you have any more questions, please contact us again.
