    Asked on Dec 17 2012

    Answer

Thank you for contacting us and your interest in our products.
Both of the secondary antibodies chosen (ab102429 and ab7153) should be able to detect the primary antibody (human IgG3) in the ELISA the customer is hoping to perform.
I hope this information has been of help. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Verified customer

    Asked on Aug 15 2007

    Answer

Thank you for your recent telephone enquiry. I can confirm that these two antibodies are essentially the same. The difference is that ab7153 is further purified by preadsorbtion to minimize its cross reactivity to 10 serum other serum proteins. I hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
