Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections)
This antibody works excellent.
Spinal cord of neonatal P5 opossum was fixed in paraformaldehyde.
Permeabilization: 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1 hour
Blocking: 3% BSA for 1 hour at 22°C
Primary antibody: Anti-SOX2 antibody [9-9-3] (ab79351), incubation 20 hours at 4°C
Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 647) preadsorbed
Incubation time: 2 hours at 22°C
Dilution: 1/400 in 1% BSA+1% goat serum+ 0,1% Tween 20 in PBS
Counterstained with DAPI (1:100)
