    Answer

Thank you for your recent telephone enquiry.

I am sorry it has taken a little time to confirm this information with the originator for you.

They suggest to use this antibody between 1:100 - 1:1000 in IHC-P. However, pleasethis is a guideline only and may require some optimization by the end user.

I hope this will be helpful to you, and that your preliminary experiment has gone well. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Question

I am interested in obtaining some of your Biotinylated Goat anti Mouse IgG to use in a multiple step FACS staining for a dim surface antigen. I notice that you do not suggest the use of this Ab for FACS, is this because it does not work or because you have no data there?

    Asked on Jul 18 2002

    Answer

This antibody has never been tested specifically for FACS, therefore we can't guarantee results. However, since this antibody is a secondary, it will probably work well.
