\thank you very much for your response, if we can not find an alternative solution, I would be ok for a refund but I would really prefer if you can help me find an NS5 antibody which would work with an NS5-biotin antigen.

If there are other alternative combinations that is known to you as working together I would be interested in trying those samples.
I was using the NS5-biotin protein given below

I know Abcam carries a bunch of various HCV NS5 antibodies, if you know any of those particular antibodies work well with the above protein, or another NS5 protein (preferentially with biotin) which works good with any NS5 antibody I would be happy to give a try to them first. If you can not recommend any particular then I would consider a refund maybe.

Here is my assay:
I immobilize the NS5 protein biotin in a streptavidin fixed substrate. Following unbound protein wash, I deliver the sample (TG buffer with NS5 antibody) to capture the target antibody with the NS5 protein fixed in the substrate. I wash the excess unboound antibodies with TG buffer, and finally I inject, incubate and wash 2ndary antibody with label. then I do fluorescent reading.

In my setup I can verify the NS5-protein biotin is getting fixed to the substrate, however I cannot verify the NS5 antibody binding.
When I try with NS3-biotin fixed substrate, I see signal with NS5 antibody used. I tried NS5 antibody against another protein-biotin, it only produces signal with NS3. (normally NS3--biotin that I use produces only signal with NS3 antibody), my system tested and worked fine with few other antigen-antibody pairs.

I have looked though our catalogue and ab65296, is the only Hepatitis C Virus NS5 antibody that we have. We have several Hepatitis C Virus NS5A or B antibodies, but I am unsure if they would be suitable for your application. Below is a list of these antibodies that you can look through and see if they would be suitable for your application:

I am unsure to what exactly the A/B means, whether they recognize slightly different isoforms, or are actually completely different proteins. If any of these antibodies would be suitable for your application, please let me know and I would be happy to send you it as a free of charge replacement. If none of these antibodies or any other from our catalogue are suitable for your needs, then please let me know and I will process the refund for ab65296.
