Specificity
The affinity purified antibodies react with IgG2c in C57BL/6, SJL, C57BL/10, CB20, C57BL/6 by Balb/C crosses and pools of serum of outbred mice obtained from several commercial sources. The anti IgG2c does not react with L-chains or IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG1 or IgG3. This reagent may also be used where a reagent specific for Igh 1-b allele is indicated. -
